Got out around 7:30..it was cold.....set up the Yukon and fired up the heater

Popped holes all over the place marked only a few, caught 1 crappie all morning
Ended up cooking venison on a stick ....deep fried in peanut oil...my buddy shows up with a bag of venison steaks sliced marinating in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing...first time for me cooking it this way....delicious

Yea but its not all about the fish - the company was good and we eliminated another place to fish... at least that day.
