5" mora blades on a 4" mora auger ?

 i know this sounds kinda silly, but will a set of 5" mora blades fit on a 4" mora auger ?  i am guessing that adding the larger blades will cause the auger to jam with ice chips / become stuck in the hole ? thanks for any help you can offer.

I have heard of putting smaller blades on a Mora like 7" blades will fit on a 8" auger i believe?? Suppossially it makes the blades last longer and cut better. I found an easy solution too all of this though and went out and bought a Nils

Back in the SEVENTIES!  Mora, had a system of two blades on a single auger ( shaft ) ? Skipper should be right.     7" and 8" have the same hole spacing and shaft, 5" and 6", have the same holes and shaft, only in a smaller diameter! 5" and 4", might be a problem?  4" and believe it or not , 3", went together!  That's just a guess on my part?    :-

    o.k. guys, here's what i've found out from STRIKEMASTER: their 5" blades WILL NOT  fit my 4" auger. darn i was hoping to get by CHEAP, too.  thanks for all your help.
