Trout opener?

Due to several hurdles life throws at you, we haven't been out much, but the boys and I took a quick trip to Lake Rescue this weekend and scratched the itch...Anyone else pull up any trout this weekend?  I'd love to see someone post some pics of a big brown on here...

I guess technically yesterday was still the weekend....Nothing spectacular but I got 3 18-20" Browns on Bomo. Nice looking Bow you have there!

Pulled about 15 up so far, mostly bows, couple brookies. no monsters.

On Rescue, can you get to the main lake from the state access, or is it opened up so you can only fish the round pond?

We fished all weekend and not much to show for it. Picked away at small lakers to 20 inches,  nothing else aside from a couple nice perch.

There was open water from the pond onto the main lake but you might have been able to hug the shore to walk around the point.  When I fish the big lake I have a couple private access spots, so I'm not 100% up to speed on the best public access on the main lake.
