Newbury Archery is setting up their tanks and will be open soon . In Goshen right across from Tyler Lake on rt. 4 \ Sharon Tpke. This fills a big void being in the middle , or on the way to most popular lakes .

There open , have bait , smalls, meds , large , wax worms , mousies , Ice gear ect . More gear still coming in . Early hours to start soon .

Most smaller spots should be good this weekend , very cold up here . When the wind dies tonight , whatever was still open should lock up nice . Be careful , picks and spud bar .

Drove an hour and half to the hills and found really solid ice, 5" of black and 3 white, and a big ol bass.

Very worth it had a lot of fun, not a bad drive but I definitely wouldn't want to be on those hilly roads with some snow on them.

I stopped closer to home for bait at fish connection since I was checking another lake on my way up.

He was setting up a tank for pike bait too. Best archery spot on this side of the state. I expect that he will provide excellent service and product for fishing bait too.
