Are you kidding me?  No self-respecting fly fisherman would ever fish for a pike....well, except me maybe, but then I fish with whatever tool fits the job, and for whatever fish that swims by. 

Seriously though, I'm hoping to catch up with Jim this winter for some pike through the ice.  Sounds like a blast.
