Has anyone else had fish from Cole Park that were loaded with grubs?

Pumpkinseeds seem to have black grubs in them from a lot of places. Bluegills not so much.

I bought fatheads last week from stans in binghamton that were full of black specks. Every one of them. If the minnows nys certifies are full of them it'll be in every lake and pond before you know it.
