Does Willsboro Bay normally freeze?

Wondering if anyone knows if Willsboro bay normally freezes? My parents recently bought a camp on the water and I think it would be fun to ice fish. If it does freeze, is it froze now?

wow i been asking for  2 years and never got answer . we fish it in the spring  and summer and do good biggest 12lb lake trout and 27" steel head

Willsboro bay is frozen n ppl are fishing there all most every day ...its glare ice right now easy dragging !!!..10+ of ice at boat launch can't say how much is all the across by the tracks and wouldn't want any one blindly taking any risk cuz of this post ..BUT..the ice has been in the hole bay 4 a soild 3 weeks now
