Your asking a generic question. The location of the risers is determined by the ice fishing hut that you are going to place on it. Risers hold the cross pcs. and they should be as far apart as possible for your particular hut.
I made my riser blocks out of 2x6 non-treated since I had some around. Built the sled for my FX-100 and placed the rear risers a distance of 9" from the back of the ski to the back of the riser block. Front risers are 31" from the back of the ski to the back of the riser block which makes my crossmember slats that the sled sets on around 21 to 22" on center.
Thanks Bucket Rump That helps , but how long did you make your blocks on your particular setup ?
