Great day on the ice!! Little report.

Had a great day on the ice. My fishing partners all bailed last minute. :-/ I did not let it slow me down though. Fished just outside of Hillsboro. Got on the ice about 6:15 am and fished till dark. Great mix of Larry's pickerel mixed in but not to many, and a bunch of really nice perch which was the target species today. All caught in 10-15' of water.

There was about 6-7" of white crap Ice mixed with solid black.

Nice work! Those are some dark yellows! Did better than I, skunked on my first mission. But what a day! Clear and cold, bright and beautiful. Try again tomorrow! Gotta remember the radio. Big Pat's game at 1.
