S&R Bait Shop in Rochester

Does anyone know what time S&R Bait Shop in Rochester opens on the weekend?
It says 7:00 AM on the website, but I swear being there at 6:30 AM the past few years (I thought they used to open at 6:00 AM).
Just wondering if they changed, or the web site is wrong.

He is usually there a little before 6 am, when there is safe ice in the area... and there is!
