Does any one know what brand this spoon is or where they can be found? The treble has a piece of orange tubing over the shank.

looks like an old Custom Jigs and Spins Lil' Cecil. they've changed the design a bit in recent years, but the body of the spoon looks the same

I can't remember where I got it. Probably field and stream or dicks since that's all we have around here. I have the one pictured it's over a inch long, but the one I lost was smaller.
