Fishing the New Year North NJ
« on: Jan 02, 2018, 08:48 AM »
Went to buddys lake yesterday in Vernon. The ice was anywhere from 6-7.5 in depending on which spot. Caught a nice rainbow trout 14 in. Buddy and his friend caught largemouth bass, rainbow, and tiger trout all good sizes. I will be fishing Greenwood Lake this weekend since I live right across the street. Happy IceFishing guys.

Nice. Do you know how much ice Greenwood has? Good luck and be careful. Dangerous temps on Saturday.

I checked last saturday and it was 5-6 in on the nj side. I would say its going to be at least 7 inches all around the nj side this weekend. If u want to go out together sometime let me know
