The growth rate for perch in that lake seems to be zero.
I really wonder why that is? Just selective pressure from fishing, and not really using a slot? Or if there's a biological reason, with forage or genetics in that lake. Or both.
They need to be thinned out-
They eat so many perch they are yellow..
Back 10 years ago perch size was larger and a LOT more people ice fished it then. On a sunday there'd be 20-30 people out there and everybody had a big pile of perch. They need to be thinned out-
