What do you guys use for line? I have old mono on my reels and need to change it this season. Thinking braid with floro leader, am I right to do this??

I like WOODSTOCK BRAIDED DACRON IGFA Fishing Line with a fluorocarbon leader

Comes in 12 pound to over 30 pound test and it has been water proofed

I also use WOODSTOCK tip up line, I use the 200 yard spools on my lake trout tip ups.

E bay has a nice selection of WOODSTOCK products.

I also use a mono backer to insure no slipping on the reel.

Good Luck All

I have been using Ardent Gliss with Fluro leader attached with a FG knot. Very happy with this combination.

You won't  enjoy that line and what it does to your guides if you are outside of a shelter...
