ice scooper
« on: Feb 15, 2006, 01:48 PM »
My uncle had bought a scoop years ago (12-16)   The handle came down into the middle of the skimmer part, and the skimmer was hinged up at the handle, so when you pushed it down the hole the skimmer would fold up in 1/2, and when you pulled it back up the hole, the skimmer would fold back down and catch all the slush. (It looked like a reverse toilet plunger kinda LOL ;D) Just wondering if anyone knows if  a guy could buy one anymore.  It worked great!!

we have one like that, it has a black wooden handle with a green plastic scoop that hinges. Works real good. I have seen them before at scheels, but i think the one we use was bought at a local tackle shop. You should be able to find something like this at a tackle shop i would think.
