Hi all. Still new to the site so I figured I'd break the ice (no pun intended)

Went out to Sandisfield area today. Got on the ice at 8:30 and stayed until 3:00. At about 10:00 I had a monster bass peel over half the line off my tip up before wrapping the hook around a log. All I felt were a few good headshakes. An hour later or so I managed to land a good bass that weighed 4lb9oz on my scale. 9 flags total, couldn't ask for better weather though.

Nice. I like fishing the ponds in that area and prefer the undeveloped shorelines! Some great fish and good scenery!!! Bravo!!! :)
