Hi folks. New to your forum. I live in Abington and fish wherever (whenever) I can - but not often enough. Great reading your reports and posts.
Fished at Lake Buel. 6-9 inches of solid ice there. Slow day for tip ups. We had 7 flags. Iced 3 pickerel - best was a nice, fat 20 incher, 1 small Pike and a good yellow perch. We caught a TON of bluegills on jigging rods. Nice but quiet day. Saw another crew right in front of the ramp who only lasted about 2 hours. There was another group of 5 a bit further out that arrived around 10 and were still there when we left at 230 or so. They did not look busy - lots of 4 wheeler riding.
