Might try to hit up pike lake Monday. Anyone know how thick the ice is there?

Just got back from Pike Lake.  Went straight out from boat launch almost to middle of lake spudding all the way and about crapped when I drilled my first hole only about 2 inches.  I walked back in closer to shore and got 3 inches.  You might try out from the beach and get good ice but use caution out from the boat launch.

you should try over in and out front of the channels, on the north.

I was going to give pike lake a try today ,but when I did seen others out I choose a different lake. The ice looked a little funky to the west of the ramp. I have a spud but the lake had open water late last week and didn't want to take a chance. Plenty of lakes with 5"+ around the area.
