Did a drive by going to sleez bait, one man one the ice. If the person who was brave enough See's this post what was the ice avg on that end? The middle from a distance still looks thin. Thanks!

What gates are you referring to. I have never seen gates closed except ones going out to Mormon Hill. Are there gates to close off the main entrance? I have never noticed them if there are....

3 rivers is in Lake Station In

There is also a gate to get back to filbert lane. It usually is wide open as it doesmt get beat up near as much as birdhouse...

I didn't get to go to the slough yesterday but some friends did. Skunk city. Blue bird skies kills the bite there.

How's the bite at 3 river been?

Hit or miss. Did well Sunday morning which is opposite of years past. Usually it's the eve bite there. And as usual you have to be stealth. I had a camera set up and my friend started to drill a hole near me. The fish scattered like they were being attacked. 5" of ice through out.

Do you have to park in the bella boos parking lot? I took the kids up there and seen what looked like a road leading back but a sign that said no vehicles.

Yes. Parking lot north of the water. No vehicles allowed on the asphalt paths.
