I live less than a mile away from your camp. Do you fish the indian river a lot? I used to when i was younger, but less now. Where abouts is your camp located. I live on top of the hill past the firehall toward philly.

small world after all. :D
we're on the right hand side going up Morgan st., we own the garage that has kenyon painted on the side of it (they were the previous owners). have 15 acres there.
spend more time mowing the lawn when we're there than we do fishing, but get some time on the river. started fishing the lakes more this past summer and really enjoyed that. caught some real beauties on red lake. wish it wasn't so far away so we could enjoy it more. also like to go to chaumont bay but the motor on the big boat crapped out so we sold it.
anyways maybe we'll get the chance to meet before we sell the place.

i'm not exactly familiar with street names eitherso i'll see if i can give directions you can understand.
i assume that you will be heading north on interstate 81. get off at the theresa exit then take a right and go to the traffic light. at the light take a left and browns corners is the intersection that you will come to about a mile or a little more up the road and bait shop will be coming up on the right hand side just past the bowling alley. it really is easy. once you get to the bait shop you'll find the owners are knowledgable and helpful, you'll know your way around in no time. hope this helps.

Redwood Bait and Tackle is just north of Theresa in Redwood on the west side of Rte. 37.  Spruce Acres just recently closed.

Nope, the one you recieved direction to is recently opened actually. Very nice in there. Not a lot of supplies but nice inside. Its called Land o Lakes bait. There is a sign there with party ribbon around it.  Its on Rt 37. Its past the funeral home and the bowling alley on the right about 100 yards.
Hope this helps, Spencer

Didnt catch much. A lot of 20" but  a bad day out. There was 9" of ice everywhere but the inlet of the river. It got pretty thin over by where it comes it.

Busler15,  Has anyone fished the upper dam lately.  Is there safe ice there.
