I like those Kimberrs , but after researching small frames , I found out the glock was the choice of the secret service from what i read on the web! I bought a bunch of ghetto houses in Rochester and needed an equalizer! I love it. You can carry it in your front pocket. easy to break down.

That's an interesting concept that gets a lot of discussion here in the US. Criminals & terrorists will get them regardless of what the law says. A lot of us here never understood why you would disarm law abiding citizens to make them a more tempting target for the outlaws. I always figured a sizeable amount of lobbyists for gun control are living on the wrong side of the tracks to begin with.
There is also the group out there that refuse to see the only part of a gun (or any weapon for that matter) that is dangerous is the human that is attached to it. Go figure.
How about this, a lot of people have been killed in the past by hanging. Why don't we ban rope too?

We've been askin that for years. Maybe our new government will address this matter with a bit of common sense. Gun crime = death penalty. One way or another gun crimes would stop.

I never understood our gun laws either, criminals have guns whether it is legal or not, so all we are doing is disarming farmers, making it a pain in the but for hunters. I dont get it.

I am not so sure of the death penalty however. I dont have enough respect for the justice system to get it right. Milgard, Guy paul moran, Truscott. we also have a bad habit in the north of wrongfully convicting.

anyhow Texas has the death penalty and Dallas has one of the highest murder rates in the U.S. Go figure.

Well more than a slap on the wrist for gun crimes. We need something with a bit of teeth to discourage the criminals. But I do believe that if you commit a crime with a gun, one should be used on the criminal.

Hey pigshanks, remember when Allan Rock proposed the gun registry and said he projected to cost 1 million. hahahaha

here it is like 6 years later and it has cost some crazy number like 1 billion or something. oh boy our Canadian politicians can sure spend money cant they.

Closer to 2 billion, but I'm not counting. Hope this new bunch do what they say, cuz I'm almost tapped out of cash to keep them in the lifestyle "all politicians" expect to be kept in.

no not really too much. i prefer polymer pistols i think. plus, kimbers are a tad on the expensive side compared to glocks, srpingfield, kahr etc.

I bought the XD357 a couple years ago and love it. It is one of the smoothest semi's I have used in the price range and it was the best fit for me. Good luck with the new toy.
