Anybody have any suggestions for bathroom options for their daughters while out on the ice?

I fish with 2 women at this point,3 after tmrw a 5 gallon bucket with the bottom cut out,bring garbage bag for sanitary napkins and number 2's,flip over shanty makes a great outhouse

Yikes!!! TMI! Not a trip I would care for, although I am sure the ladies are sweethearts.

I fish with young boys....alright, alright...my sons. I have a couple of the pee jars Cabela's sells (LittleJon I believe they are called) which have never leaked and work well, but pricy for a plastic jug. They sell a female adapter for these as well. I also have one of the plastic toilet seat/lid things that snap onto a bucket as well and carry a very large, heavy duty zip-lock bags for #2 (never had to use it yet on ice, but have used camping when outhouse far away and night time).

five gallon bucket with toilet seat lid cabbellas and they have liners and some waste eater you throw in and a ice shanty tent my grandaughter has now problem going with that set up at all

I have a portable chemical toilet that I use on the boat , camping and yes ice fishing for the girls and grandson
It works well and makes them feel " comfortable

One of these on a 5 gallon bucket with a kitchen plastic bag filled with a bit of absorbant cat litter for the ladies.

i never seen a deer pee in a bottle!!!! you know we all belong out there just as much as a deer ...... ps just pull a branch to flush ..........are you kidding me you carry a bottle of pee home?

Gator Aid bottles with a wide mouth..... Thats what I use on the deer stand.

For girls, a privacy tent on shore with a bucket with no bottom......

For me? Yea right, I'm going to buy a plastic bottle from cabelas. On the ice, i just point it in the politest direction. In the car, you cant beat the gatorade bottles. But have to be carefull if you buy lemon-lime. On the ice for bashfull ladies. Pop a golf umbrella (also a good wind break) and shield yourself. If there are people on all sides and close where that can be a problem, then you should be fishing someplace else.

Noo number 2 on the ice unless an emergency. Other than that a popup with a 5 gal bucket with bottom cut out works good. If it's just the guys we have used a pee cup and hucked it out the window

wait .....let me get this straight you guys buy bottles from cablas to pee in when yer deer hunting ... you pee in gator aid bottles while yer driving down the road and when your in a shanty with other guys you pee in a cup and toss it out a window

So....what is the correct etiquette for peeing in a tent with a bunch of guys....is there a certain place to sit...if your in the middle do you have the guy next to you toss it out the window?

Odd, for all you peeing on the ice, I've never seen yellow snow/ice when walking around. You guys aren't peeing down your fishing holes are you - not me. I'm the Cabela's pee jar guy (can already hear the comments about more $$ than brains, so save it). The pee jug I have has a nice handle on it, very convenient, and works great for the young ones with smaller hands. Remember, nobody asked for advice on adults taking a leak. Although depending on where you fish, whipping it out outside will get you a ticket and makes ice fishers look bad. Beside, I don't need to see some old guys goods when I'm looking for flags.

There - will that stir up the pot a bit.

WOW you guys are funny, but seemed to forget what the topic was. The gentleman was asking a simple question..... " what do you do when kids have to go to the bathroom when on the ice.
I say it's simple, shied them and let them do their thing, then return to fishing

dave exactly tell then turn there backs and pee no one is going to care ....except someone with more money then brains that carrys around a bottle of warm kids pee ....and I think that should get you more then a ticket

10 and six year old daughters do fine with a bucket and a garbage bag for #2 s..though usually not an issue

I've found that for girls and women alike the female urination device things work pretty well after some practice. They can be found on Amazon.. Pstyle, Freshette, GoGirl, SheWee, etc. All eliminate the need for partial undressing and you can get pee standing up.
