Fished there last year during the derby. Caught one white fish! No one was catching anything either. Won't be going back.

You sure it was a whitefish? We were there that weekend and caught a bunch of big chubs that look similar but don't have the adipose fin.
Caught a few brookies and some splake, nothing big but was on the board for awhile. Filled most of a bucket with 4"-5" perch. Some kid beat me out on the biggest bucket of fish, oh well, but I actually caught ALL mine myself.
