Inserting windows in a Clam flipover?

I have a 1 man clam flipover that I'd like to modify. Ideally there would be some windows at or near head height for me to watch my tip-ups while jigging. However I don't see any on this model.
A) If anyone has seen a mod that would allow me to put windows in the canvas I'd appreciate a link.
B) Do you think it would be better off sewing in a plastic window or sewing velcro to the canvas and then putting velcro on the plastic with glue?
Thanks.
Looking to do something while the temps hover in the high 50's here....

Don't see why it couldn't be done.. I'd suggest going with the velcro.

Velcro ...I would order some replacement windows with the Velcro already attached

Bingo - Thanks a ton Hardwater, those would work beautifully. I figure we'll have another 2-3 weeks before any ice at the best case scenario so it give me a little time to do some modification to the flip over.
