What's everyone eating for supper?

We are having some home made potato soup with bacon. After working in the sleet today, it will hit the spot.

                     WS
Were eating perch fillets again this Friday.   I caught enough perch last ice season to have a perch fish fry for 4 people every Friday since March and should have enough remaining to get me through December.  Vacuum sealing works great and the fillets are just as nice as when I sealed and froze them last winter.

I cooked some beer brats on the grill and had some mac and cheese to go with them. I figured might as well grill out with this weather.

Big juicy deer cheese burgers on a hard roll, oven roasted sweet and white potato wedges, black bean, sweet corn tomato salad. Apricot filled cookies for dessert. Simple but good. I made 15 lbs of deer snack sticks yesterday and they turned out unbelievable. There won't be any freebies on this batch.165 degrees for hour and 10 minutes.

This Friday I got to eat a few more packs of last years vacuum packed perch fillets in order to make room for the new ice fishing season.  Man, they're still good.
