In Mercer saw skim ice on all of the ponds.... what a tease.  Probably fish from the kayak this weekend, 60 in December?

thats great news shows lakes are ready  :clap: no wave action it can build over night although with the CHRIST child i e El nino  :bow: wont be till after CHRISTMAS till we are fishin sugar lake

same story here in Tioga County. Some small ponds and the swamps skimmed over, plus the smaller lakes are putting on a little ice for a few hours each morning.  ditzlr79 sent me this picture from Hills Creek on Monday :).  One good cold week after Christmas and we'll be on some hardwater!

Ya, I saw some in a few places last week, but all gone now. I like the Kayak pic. Just got one for my birthday last year. Really opens up a lot of opportunities.
