Fished yesterday afternoon and didn't catch anything.

Some ashhat busted the lock off my shack and stole a couple of old crappy rods my dad had left in there in case someone needed a rod.

Might want to check your shacks again!

Thinking of making a short day trip with the wife tomorrow, has the fishing been slow all over?

We went out Sunday again and stunk it up again.

We have tried a variety of depths and presentations and been unsuccessful?

Still having fun fishing but the catching sucks!

Sounds like some are still succeeding! Have seen some entails on the ice so someone must have figured it out.

We were seeing them down the holes and they weren't committing in about 13'-15'. Even with a $6 lure, fooled me when I bought them?

What were you seeing at that depth?  Went out Saturday morning/afternoon with my family.  Only marked and saw a couple on camera.

Pretty common occurrence to have shacks broke into out at BS.  Where did that one burn down?

Went out yesterday to the shack, ended up with a 5lb pike with a small walleye in its stomach, a 3 pound pike, one small walleye about 12" and a fat 12" perch. Tried some smelt rigs in 8-11 feet with no results, went out to 26 feet and there they were. Kinda weird getting pike that deep

Me as well yesterday fishing in 26-27 fow pike from hell. Nothing big prob 5-6 lbs was the biggest.on my dead stick. Quite a battle with 6 lb floro. No walleyes or perch. This was in a new area that I never fished in before. Definitely take the little one to that spot for some steady action.

The ones I can see appear to be standing still. Wouldn't surprise me because I lost some shingles again!

super slow action for the walleye bite at the strap. speaking for myself.managing a few smaller eyes but the bigger marks that come in at showtime just wont commit.no problems with the pike they seem to be more active. judging by the lack of posts I'm not the only one.my buddy and i have 2 trips up north planned in the next few weeks.should be a nice break from the strap.

Went to the shack yesterday morning, got 3 perch, it was pretty slow so headed in to 8-10 feet for pike, and had one flag and lost a nice 8ish pound pike at the hole. Shut er down and went to deif, ended up getting 3 walleye and 3 pike in 2 hours there.

and miss the bon fires on the lake from shacks being burnt or wrecked and people or (owners)not bothering to clean it up. hearing and reading about all the of break-ins. all the garbage left lying around on the ice ,and on shore. definitely more action above the ice lately than below.hopefully that will change. ;)

I would completely agree with the last post. Why do people have to vandalize and disrespect other people's thing my shack was broken into this winter on bs as well.

Because nobody took the time to teach these young people the code of the outdoors or any basic manners for that matter.

They believe it is acceptable to steal, vandalize, burn and generally wreck people property.

That is all I have to say about that!
