damn it was .60/.40 when I first sold mine this year. That's was first week of march. The only reason I even made a trip to St Albans last week cause it paid for my gas to get there and back.

Damn it!! I was fantasizing about making a few bucks on a two day ice extravaganza starting tomorrow am, but with prices that low I can't even try to justify playing hooky from the real job. Bummer I just got all loaded up ready to go

With that and the weather I'm done for the season after Friday. Driving back to California to do some spear fishing. I can say the last three weeks was the best icefishing in a very long time.

I was in the St Albans bait shop on Sunday afternoon with my small catch of yellow perch, was fifth in line while they finished up measuring/weighing 480 lbs of whites, Steve gave the guy(and his son) $190 .

That was Sunday. I would call before going to fish them for real money. Better off investing in Iraqi Dinars.

There's definitely a glut on the market right now, but last year at about this time, it was 10 cents/30 cents per pound... Almost not worth the gas it takes to haul them around! While you won't get much cash right now, the clever barterer has much to gain from a pile of fish. Let's just say I will be eating chinese food for quite some time.

That's a good one, weatherman! May have to come up with clever barters myself, then. Glad we got our whopping $35 before the market crashed!
