Twelfth Annual NJ Get Together

Date Saturday Feb,28th from 7:30 to 2:30
Location : Cranberry Lake off of rt 206
Sign in starting at 7:00 to 10:00

Eligible : NJ Team IceShanty Members .......... children don't have to be members

Prizes : 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.   
It will be everyone bring there own as far as food and drinks.

Rules

1  You must be a Team IceShanty member.

2 You must have a valid NJ fishing license and follow all regulations.

3 The entry is by length ... not weight or girth. We will follow the online tourney rule of as the fish lays ...
       not squeezing the tail.       

4 You must contact us / come to us to verify and measure your entry during the posted derby hours. Moderators will have entry measured by another moderator or a member.
       

5   No garbage is to be left out on the ice or in the parking lots ... if you bring it .. you dispose of it.


6   This will be a walk on derby ... no four wheelers or snowmobiles. 


7    Parking is available in the parking lot and along the roads side.


8     You must be present for the handing out of prizes .. if not they will be forfeited.

Ice safety:
The determination of the safe condition of lake ice is the user’s sole responsibility. Any injuries, etc. are also the user's sole responsibility. By attending you agree to this.

It was cold and slow. My three best perch were all less than 5 inches and my only bluegill was 7 inches. Tough fishing on a lake I knew nothing about. Won't be planning a return trip anytime soon. Still a good time and better than going to work.
