Headed up your way tomorrow morning.  Probably final trip of the year.  Lake Thompson is our initial destination.  If there is anything going on that would suggest a different lake, your input would be appreciated.  Also any heaves, thin ice, danger areas would be appreciated.  Heard a permie was pulled out yeasterday?

I know there was a perm that went down off Vantage Point (NE side where houses are).  That may be the one you are ref to. Evidently, wind and water on ice eroded enough around it over period of time that was cause.  Otherwise, I believe the ice to be in good shape.  Good Luck.
