Thermal material on portable shelters

I have a older clam fish trap shelter.   I see many new thermal trap type shelters being sold.   Is there a big difference in how warm you stay inside these new thermal type materials on portable fish house?   Thinking about buying new shelter next year.   How does this thermal material work as far as added warmth and durability?   Any reviews would be helpful.

I think they say its 25% warmer. More even heat no drip on you from any condensation like normal ones. That is almost eliminated. The canvas is thicker so lasts much longer.
