WIGGLY WORM ALL THE WAY.   NO SMELT AT ALL.    FISH 307, OR PAULS FIREWOOD AND BAIT IN SPECULATOR.

I do use a lot of golden shiners but I have always wanted to try large smelt.  I have heard they work great.  Does anyone know where I can buy whole anchoives?
