Last night I took my pops out there we did well got about we only kept 10 for him to eat. We let the rest swim for the Derby.  Now I have to watch the sky's lol
Don at top line made me some nice glow jigs man they worked well on the bigger crappie! Gotta thank him

that guy in the Bills jersey will be the one with all the fish.  ;D ;D I haven't caught as many fish that he's caught this week alone in several years on that lake. He's found the honey hole.  :icefish:

When is the derby what time does it start I live 30 minutes below vestal in susq county always wanted to fish whitney may get up in the spring w boat

from Vestal too, looking forward to the derby. This will be our crews second...last year no shanty, no heater, and no CLUE!!  Upped the anty a little bit this year with the gear and now were finally starting to catch fish ha ha     was up there 2 weekends ago for the eyes  2 17s and a 15 on tip ups. Just shy!

Don't worry bigal me and my dad  let alotttt of crappie go last night all 10 to 13".Even the walleye started to come back on the bite!

any one else fish last night? usually I see a lot of shanty's out their.....was everyone afraid of the cold?
went out with my two sons their 8 and 11...fished 2pm to 10pm and we took home 47 crappie and 2 eye's....my youngest got biggest crappie 13 1/4".....eye's were 21" n 19 1/2"

No wasnt out, hit chenango lake this morning, looking for perch for the derby Saturday. Didnt fare to well. Cold front didnt help. Plan on hitting res tomorrow afternoon.
