Checked Bridgeport Dam today around 3:00 the whole lake is capped off, I drilled one hole approximately 5 feet from shore in front of the boat launch there was 2 inches of ice I would only call 1" of it black ice. Will check again Friday. On my drive home I swung past Greenlick Dam, over half of it is still open and the iced over areas are just skimmed. Then it was off to Twin lakes in Greensburg, both lakes are completely capped off... drilled one hole near the handicapped dock on the lower lake aprox. 1.5" ice. Drilled a couple of holes near the shore towards the back if the lake on the pavilion side aprox 2" of ice. Very hopeful for Sunday or next week.
