I've caught pike and walleye at night before never really a hot bite and for me it's been up to midnight. I've also woke up in the morning with fish on the tip ups bit sometime late at night early morning

Usually when we go to Tiber it's for a weekend and we keep our tip ups out the whole time. Sometimes the night bite is really good and sometimes the morning is better, but it seems like the best time is in the evening just before dark. With that said I have only caught a few ling they are in there but just rarely catch them.
