Deeper for smartphone?

Anyone have one or use one they look like they would work good and small and light, just wondering if they work as good as they advertise?
Fishing is not a hobby it's a way of life!!!

Hm, down the ice hole ?   It'll sink, as will anything with mass.

As far as working goes, depends on coverage.

If you don't mind an umbilical cord draining $$$ from your wallet, all good.    ;)2

I guess it's a bluetooth fishfinder. I have no experience with one, but I doubt it works as reliably in icy weather than a normal graph/flasher.

I'd be worried about dropping my phone down the hole when I try to land a fish. Just sayin.

Doesn't look like the transducer goes below ice line, either - just floats on the surface?

from what I've seen they are like a 4" bobber. downloaded their app but couldn't find a flasher mode. not sure on the battery life either and how it would last in -20 weather.
