   I think I will head out to long lake in the morning.I wonder how bad the ice is? ,If you can even get on it.THIS WEATHER STINKS!!!!!!!

CrappieHunter and I made it out on Lake George today from 1-4.
Getting a little thin at the bank, but we got on.
The ice looked funkier than it was. We didn't do to bad either.

I may be up for trying Long. Providing this rain doesn't screw things up more.....

I didn't make it but I got to George in Hobart this afternoon.
Did you go, and if so hw was the ice, and how did you do?

   I went out on Long Lake this past Wednesday and tried all over around all kinds of people out there. And all I know of that was caught is a small bass. I only had a couple of nibbles where they sucked it in and let go right away. I want to go out somewhere this week Tues or Wed. 3rd or 4th if there is any safe ice left anywhere.
 Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. High Flags to all and may your lines be tight.
