Perch bite at smith

I heard the perch are biting pretty well at smith right now. Has anyone fished it in the last day or so? And have you found them in the channel or in the shallows in the weeds?

Smith has weeds ALL over the place! LOL

That all depends, I've caught them in the shallows out in front of the landing and in the channel.  Never can find a hot spot for them critters!
