Hi Tim:
After you've made 5 (I think) posts, you will gain access to another page that lists specific lakes in Montana. In my experience, that page has the best information. I have heard guys have been fishing Rainbow/Dog on about 4-5" of ice, although I haven't been out there yet myself. I'd be surprised if Noxon had enough ice anywhere on the lake yet, but you might consider calling up to the Lakeside Motel/Resort in Trout Creek to get a report. I hope this is helpful. Tight lines.
