ATV For Fishing

Today I bought a Lithium battery for my 4 wheeler. Has anyone ever used them? And are they worth the price they cost.

Never heard of a lithium battery for an atv. How much was it? I just bought a agm (glass mat) battery for my atv, which is supposed to be better than just regular wet cell battery. That cost me $90 for that tiny battery. I guess if it lasts longer than a regular one, it's worth the money.

The one I got was 150.00, I've been told they'er better than the glass mat ones that's what I had before. It better be for what I paid for it. I did get a 4 year warranty. The really nice thing about  it don't weigh any more than 4 D cells.

Wow thats pretty awesome. And a four year warranty is unheard of in an atv battery. Just bought my battery thismornin. Wish I would have put it off another day.  ;D Well, I guess I 'll just have to keep that in mind for next time. Thanks for the info.

They have them for moto-cross bikes to save weight.  Check Ebay I've seen them as cheap as $68.  Remember you will need a special charger for Lithium batteries.

I called Batteries Plus today and asked them, they said you can charge it like any other battery just use  2amp or less.
