Go to the Division of Wildlife link above and there's a fishing Atlas that shows different lakes and what types of fish are in them.

Mainly trout. Twin Lakes and Turquoise Lake both lake Lakers,  rainbows, and browns. Twin is the better of the 2, 20+lbs lakers are fairly common.  If you catch one be respectful and let it go. You'll catch plenty of eater size fish there and those big boys dont taste very good anyways.
