Interview
« on: Mar 20, 2014, 02:08 PM »
Hey everybody,
I'm new here, been ice fishing since I could walk. I'm trying to write an article about the culture of ice fishing in the United States and would really appreciate your help. The questions I need is where you're from, how you got started, who introduced you to the sport, and any great stories you might have or the impact of ice fishing on your life.

Thanks so much in advance.

First, welcome to Iceshanty.

Second, tell us a little more about yourself, like where are you from?  What species do you like to fish for. Etc.

Ok hey everyone. I'm from the great state of Maine and have been ice fishing since I could scoot across the ice after flags. My father taught me, just like his dad taught him and so on and so forth all down the line. I've caught everything from large mouth bass to landlocked salmon. Once again, any stories or anecdotes about your ice fishing life goes a long way. Thanks again!
