Swap Meet and Boat Show

Is anyone going out to the Fisherman's Swap Meet and Boat Show this weekend at the state fair grounds?  Or has anyone gone in the past, something worth attending?

I try to go almost every year except, when we get a snow storm (I have to plow). Most of the local bait shops have tables there. A few other venders from around the state and there is some Minnesota and Canadian resorts with tables too. Some of greater Des Moines boat dealers have boats on display as well. Some hard water gear 4 sale but, mostly open water stuff. It's a good time, and afterwards we all go across the street for wings and beer at Gerries!

I think its worth checking out.... Like previously stated its mostly open water gear, however I found some good hardwater tackle last year and even a few shacks as well if memory serves me correctly.

Just got home from the swap. Not a lot of hard water stuff but what they did have there was pretty good deals.
