Winni Access near Laconia

Hello I usually launch from Leavitt Beach but this year my friend got us a hotel but it is farther in near Winnisquam. Are there similar launch areas on this side of the lake I wanted to launch my wheeler but I know sometimes the ice is not great near Elacoya. Any suggestions on parking launching near laconia? Thanks for any help you can give. I can always drive to Leavitt it just seems a ways away.

You may be able to park in the weirs beach area drive your wheeler on the railbed snowmobile trail (which is legal) and access the lake there. I have gotton off the snowmibile trail there before to ride on the lake.  It would be on the norhtern end of the boulevard kind of tucked in on a very short sideroad access.
Or Gilford Beach near Fays Boatyard is good access on Saunders Bay. Also near there at Glendale where Marine Patrol is located. As always check and evaluate the ice conditions from there.
