I went to shadehill sat the 25th. Ice was good 18-20in and didn't see anything to be worried about. with the warmer temps and wind there was about 1/2 to a inch of water on about 75% of the lake but will all freeze solid with the cold this week. Fishing was ok I would say only the second time on the lake through the ice 3 of us caught 9eyes and 3 crappies, the eyes ranged from 14.5 to 17 and looked like really nice health fish. Lots of missed fish also.
