Anyone fishing manawa?

Was just wondering if anyone has fished lake manawa? I haven't been there in a few years. Any tips would be great!

It's hit or miss.   Waters dirty now and they are pumping water in   Spoons tipped with minnow heads.   Tin can dyke would be a good place to start. Good luck
