Aqua Vu micro balck or yellow?

Okay Im thinking about getting a Aqua Vu camera but what is the difference between the black old style to the new yellow style?

I dont need or want the record function so the plus and II are not what Im talking about. Just the std. camera.

Some have the recorder,  one has the 100' cable while the other is 50'.
