Warm Lake

Does anyone fish Warm Lake?  Does it freeze?  Curious, migh be spending a few days up there next month.

Went to Warm Lake day before last. There was a good 10" of clear, hard ice in the protected cove and probably 8" out over open water. Very safe, as people were snowmobiling and driving ATVs on it.

Was up there with young kids so we plopped a bunch of worms. Caught planter triploids and even a sizable brook trout.

My buddy and I are planning to fish Warm Lake for three days this weekend. We have never fished it as we usually fish in Montana, but we thought we would try it out. Ill give you a report when I get back!
