Ice report

Well i headed out today to find good ice everywhere i checked
Halls- 5 inches- edges were sketchy
Black pond-6 inches guys fishing
hampton resivoir- 6 inches
Bigelow-5-6 inches many groups fishing
Mashapaug- 6-7 in the shout and 5 closer to the main body of the lake

I went down to a couple of my local lakes down here near the shoreline in southeastern part of the state and we are almost back to where we were a couple of weeks ago with  1 to 2 of inches of black ice, a few more days of these temps and we should be able to fish almost any lake in the state. I still just don't get why people have to throw rocks all over the ice, almost ever lake in all the states I have ice fished it is the same thing?

During open water there's always some stupid kid who shows up and chucks a handful of rocks at my bobber... What irresponsible parent is letting their five year old run loose at the ponds?  Or maybe that's what those kids grow up to do.
