We've had a lot of questions like this about Nessmuk at the shop, so I contacted the PFBC to get some answers.  I'll post up what I hear from them this week hopefully.  They're pretty good about getting back to me quickly.

They only lifted seasons, sizes and limits. So you can keep anything you catch but you still need to follow the other regs (5 lines, ect.)

Yep, that's what the PFBC said to me today too.  only seasons, sizes, and limits lifted.


Good luck out there.  checked conditions yesterday and the ice is not the greatest.  The mud getting there was a pain too.  Some frozen, some thawed.  I'd take 4 or 5 steps, then go up to the top of my boot in a muddy, slushy mess.  Should be much better once the it gets cold again!

That looks a little better. At first glance the initial pic looked more like a puddle.

yea, sorry.  that was the dam end.  after the next 10 foot drawdown in the spring, it won't be much more than a puddle though
